You may download or copy the downloadable materials displayed on the Site for your personal use only. No right, title or interest in any downloaded materials or software is transferred to you as a result of any such downloading or copying. All Custom Orders or any other custom items sales are FINAL.
We stand behind the quality of our products & guarantee our workmanship 100%. Any defects or errors on our part will result in a replacement at no charge. Contact Us via email with pictures of the problem and we send out a replacement as soon as we can. We do not offer returns or replacements due to user error such as incorrect selection of sizes, designs, colors, etc.
We ship worldwide, with the exception of the following countries: Cuba, Falkland Islands, Iran, North Korea, Russia, Somalia, Sudan, & Ukraine. We also provide full door-to-door tracking updates for 32 countries (including the US).
Full tracking is provided for the following countries: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, German, Gibraltar, Great Britain, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, Ireland, Israel, Japan, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, & Switzerland.
For any countries not listed above, tracking will stop once the package is handed over to the country’s international carrier. For these countries, we do not receive additional tracking updates or delivery confirmation, therefore we are not liable once they have been transferred to the international carrier.

While we have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and/or graphics of our products that appear on the Site, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color and/or graphic will be accurate. The colors you see will depend on your monitor and may be different from the actual colors of our product. We will have no liability (whether for damages, return of merchandise for credit, or otherwise) as a result of any variances between the appearance of colors and/or graphics displayed on your monitor and on any finished product purchased by you.
All printed graphics/logos with five (5) colors or more will be printed with a digital process when printed to garments. Custom Pantone ink colors are not eligible for graphics with five (5) or more colors and will print as-is with the closest color possible. Digital processes may not be as vibrant as the graphic on your computer monitor.
All prices and products are subject to change without notice. LatchkeyDesign.com routinely adds and subtracts t-shirts from the Site and does not guarantee that a t-shirt listed for sale is always in stock. If a t-shirt is no longer available or if its quality declines in any way, it will no longer be listed for sale.
All duties, taxes and licenses incurred while shopping at LatchketDesign.com are the sole responsibility of the customer. LatchketDesign.com cannot be held responsible (nor vouch) for any orders with pending taxes, duties, or licenses.
You shall use LatchketDesign.com for lawful purposes only. You shall not transmit through LatchketDesign.com any material which violates or infringes in any way upon the rights of others, which is unlawful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, vulgar, obscene, profane or otherwise objectionable which encourages conduct that would constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability or otherwise violate any law. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse to produce goods and/or to terminate your access to LatchketDesign.com for any breach of this provision or any other provision of this Agreement.

THIS SITE AND ALL CONTENTS OF THE SITE ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF TITLE OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless TheTShirtLady.com, and its directors, members, officers, employees and agents against all damages, claims, liability, costs, and expenses, including but not limited to reasonable attorneys fees, arising out of violation of any of the provisions of this Agreement by you or anyone accessing TheTShirtLady.com under your account.
This Site is created and controlled by LatchketDesign.com in the State of Texas. The laws of the State of Texas will govern all terms, conditions and disclaimers on the Site, including this Agreement, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of laws
